Rental terms and cancellation policy

Payment

Event rentals are paid in full by card when booked. Long-term rentals are billed every 28 days from the delivery date, starting with the first cycle plus the one-time delivery fee. Approved business accounts are invoiced, due in 30 days. Prices are fixed on your approved quote. Sales tax applies unless you provide an exemption certificate.

Rental period and renewal

Event rentals cover 1 to 5 days. Long-term rentals renew every 28 days until you request pickup. Billing stops on the day you call or text for pickup; the final invoice is prorated to that day.

Cancellation and date changes

Cancel or change dates for free up to 24 hours before scheduled delivery, with a full refund. Inside 24 hours, a trip fee of up to $75 may apply if the truck has been routed. If we cannot deliver on the agreed day, you get a full refund.

Placement and access

You choose the spot and confirm it is on property you control or have permission to use. The spot must be firm, near level, and within about 25 feet of where the truck can park. You are responsible for any permit needed for street, sidewalk or alley placement. Provide gate codes and keep the path clear on delivery, service and pickup days. If the driver cannot reach the unit, a return-trip fee may apply.

Service

Long-term rentals include one service visit per week. Extra visits are billed at the rate on your quote. Event units are delivered clean and stocked and are not serviced during a 1-to-5-day event unless you add a visit.

Damage, loss and misuse

Normal wear is our cost. You are responsible for damage or loss from vandalism, fire, theft, tipping, moving the unit, or putting anything other than human waste and toilet paper in the tank. Charges are limited to repair or replacement cost. Do not move a unit; call and we will move it.

Ground and property

Drivers use hard surfaces when they can. Tell us about soft ground, sprinkler lines, septic fields or new concrete before delivery. We are not responsible for damage to surfaces we were not told about.

Weather

Deliveries may shift for unsafe roads. Units are winterized from November to March. Hand-washing stations and flushing units are not rented when nights fall below freezing.

Pickup

Event units are picked up the next business day after the event. Long-term units are picked up within 2 business days of your request. Leave any lock unlocked.
